In various roles, they have worked at a local, state-wide and national level, with a diverse range of workplaces and organization: national state and local sporting organisations, large and small not-for-profits, private industry, and local and state governments.

Cassie Lindsey
she / her
Cassie has extensive experience and established a high level of credibility across multiple sectors including national and community sporting organisations, government departments, not-for-profit, private business, and health and tertiary education providers. She has a proven ability to innovate, influence and manage change towards inclusion by building the capacity and knowledge of executives, staff, players, board members and volunteers.
With considerable experience and passion for equality, inclusion, health and wellbeing, Cassie enjoys partnering with organisations committed to delivering creative solutions. Focused on working collaboratively to develop initiatives, resources and training programs to advance opportunities, capability and culture – placing people first.

I am a leader who thrives on developing strong collaborative and influential working relationships with diverse stakeholders to co-design and deliver practical solutions across equality, diversity and inclusion. Recognised as a highly proficient enabler with outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to drive transformational change that is aligned to the strategic vision, values and objectives of the organisation.

Monique Keel
she / her
Monique Keel has worked in gender equity, family violence prevention and response, research and training since 1994. She has worked as a senior advisor in Australia's national organisation to end violence against women, Our Watch, working with workplaces across Australia to enhance their gender equality. She currently works in local government as a gender equity specialist with a focus on gender impact assessments and the Victorian Government's sports Fair Access policy.
She brings a deep understanding of what is required to change the culture, structures and practices in workplaces to make them equitable, safe and respectful for staff and clients of all genders.
About me:
I have worked in the areas of gender equality and the prevention of violence against women for the past 10 years in the community and government sectors. After undertaking a Master of Psychology, majoring in community and environmental psychology, I worked in a range of government, research university and community workplaces in the area of family violence in Victoria and Western Australia. I am passionate about promoting human rights and preventing all forms of gender-based violence.
