Embedding equality across your organisation

Whether you are a small team or large, we can will work with you to understand how to promote and embed gender equality across your organisation.

We can support you with the following:

  • Gender equality auditing and action planning

  • Gender impact assessments: We are currently working with organisations to meet their obligations under the Victorian Gender Equality Act and the WGEA legislation. We also work with Local Councils within Victoria to meet their obligations under the Fair Access For All policy.

  • Communications and training (in-person, online, or eLearning)

  • Research and literature reviews

  • Resource development 

  • Facilitation and MCing of workshops, panels, communities of practice

  • Design and implementation of gender equality initiative evaluations.

Our gender equality work considers how gender discrimination is often experienced alongside other forms of discrimination, such as homophobia and racism and we encourage all our clients to consider ways in which they can challenge other forms of discrimination as they embark on their gender equality work. 

*Our Managing resistance to gender equality training is designed to assist workplaces by compliant with their 2021 WGEA 2021  EOCGE requirement: Training for people managers on how to deal with potential fears and concerns about gender equality objectives/policies (e.g., resistance to gender equality initiatives).
