For a safe, respectful and equitable workplace

Workplaces can play a key role in ending family and domestic violence, sexual harassment and other forms of gendered violence. We can work with your leaders and staff to understand what a safe and supportive workplace response to violence against women entails.

We can provide 90 minute, 2 hour, 4 hour and full day training for leaders, managers and staff on workplace equality and respect and the prevention of violence against women that reflects and supports implementation of Our Watch's  Workplace Equality and Respect.

We also offer active bystander training and managing resistance to gender equality.
